Stephen H. Eap, O.D., J.D.

A UCLA graduate earned his optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry and his law degree from the Pacific Coast University, School of Law.  Dr. Stephen H. Eap received his optometric trainings in primary care at the Illinois Eye Institute, ocular therapeutics at University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry, and preceptorship at the Eye Treatment Center in Long Beach.  In addition, he completed extensive courses in refractive surgery co-management at the UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute.  Dr. Eap is board certified to treat and manage eye diseases and visual disorders.

Dr. Eap has been voted as the Best Optometrist in Long Beach by the Best of LA TV show as seen on KCAL channel 9 and KCOP channel 13.  He is an adjunct assistant professor at the Southern California College of Optometry.  He also frequently lectures to optometrists on the fundamental laws related to the practice of optometry.
